Following its Early Access period, UK business software brand NoralIQ has officially launched NoralIQ Field, giving businesses a new way to manage jobs, customers, teams and day-to-day field operations from one platform.
EAST LANCASHIRE, UK – 14 September 2026 – NoralIQ today announces the official public launch of NoralIQ Field, a field service management platform designed to give businesses a simpler way to manage work taking place away from the office.
Launching publicly following a period of Early Access development and testing, NoralIQ Field brings projects, customers, jobs, team activity, documentation, photos, videos and other important field information together in one platform.
Field has been built with trades, contractors, property maintenance businesses and other field-based organisations in mind, with a focus on making the software fit around the way businesses actually work, rather than forcing businesses to change their processes to fit the software.
Built around real businesses, not just software
The idea behind NoralIQ Field came from seeing first-hand how quickly managing jobs can become fragmented as a business grows.
Customer information may be stored in one place, job details somewhere else, photos shared through messaging apps and important updates passed between members of a team through calls and messages.
That can work when a business is small, but it becomes increasingly difficult to manage as the number of customers, jobs and employees grows.
NoralIQ founder, Ryan Allen a designer and developer with more than a decade of experience working with businesses and digital products, wanted to approach the problem differently.
“Field started from seeing how businesses actually manage their work day to day,” Allen said.
“A lot of businesses have information spread across messages, paperwork, spreadsheets and different pieces of software. The aim with NoralIQ Field is to bring that together without making the software itself another problem the business has to deal with.”
“I want someone to be able to open Field and understand what is happening across their business, while the people actually carrying out the work have the information they need when they need it.”
One place to manage work in the field
NoralIQ Field provides businesses with a central platform for managing their field operations.
Businesses can manage customers, projects and jobs, organise work across their teams, keep important information and documentation together, capture photos and videos from site visits and maintain a clearer record of activity as work progresses.
Field also incorporates AI-powered tools designed to reduce the amount of time spent on administration. Voice notes can be transformed into organised records, while job information, photos, notes and checklists can be used to help produce professional reports.
The platform works across office and field environments, helping information move between the people organising work and the teams carrying it out.
For smaller businesses, Field offers an alternative to relying on combinations of spreadsheets, paperwork, messaging apps and separate systems to keep track of their work.
For growing businesses, it provides a platform designed to develop alongside their operation as the number of customers, jobs and team members increases.
Early Access helped shape the public launch
Ahead of today’s official launch, NoralIQ Field started Early Access, allowing the platform to be used and tested while development continued.
The Early Access period has formed an important part of NoralIQ’s approach to developing Field: building the platform alongside the businesses and people who will ultimately use it.
Businesses have been invited to provide feedback on the platform, identify areas for improvement and help influence its ongoing development.
NoralIQ has also introduced its Founding Company Programme, giving a limited number of early businesses the opportunity to work more closely with the platform, influence future features and receive additional benefits for supporting NoralIQ during its early stages.
“The businesses using Field are ultimately the people who know what they need from it,” Allen added.
“I can design and develop the platform, but some of the most valuable decisions come from listening to the people actually using it while running their businesses.”
“Early Access has given me the opportunity to start building that relationship before the full launch, and that approach isn’t going to stop on launch day.”
Built for businesses working away from the office
NoralIQ Field has been designed for businesses whose work regularly takes place at customer properties, construction sites and other locations away from a traditional office.
This includes businesses operating across construction, roofing, plumbing and heating, electrical work, property maintenance, surveying, landscaping, facilities management, utilities and other field-based industries.
The platform can be accessed across smartphones, tablets and desktop devices, allowing both office-based staff and people working in the field to access relevant information.
Selected functionality is also designed to continue working without an internet connection, with information synchronising when connectivity becomes available.
Field is the first part of a wider NoralIQ platform
NoralIQ Field is the first major product in what is planned to become a wider collection of connected business software under the NoralIQ name.
Future NoralIQ products are planned around areas including business analytics, document management, inventory and team management, with the longer-term aim of creating a connected ecosystem, rather than a collection of disconnected tools.
Field remains the immediate focus, with development continuing after launch as feedback from businesses is incorporated into the platform and new capabilities are introduced.
“My longer-term vision for NoralIQ is much bigger than one application,” Allen said.
“But I don’t want to rush into building ten different products for the sake of having ten products. Field needs to be genuinely useful first.”
“I’m starting there, working closely with businesses and building the wider NoralIQ platform from that foundation.”
NoralIQ Field launches today
NoralIQ Field officially launches today, 14 September 2026, following its Early Access period.
The platform is designed particularly for trades, contractors, property maintenance businesses and other organisations managing customers, jobs and teams working across multiple locations.
Businesses can find out more about NoralIQ Field, request a demonstration and apply to join the Founding Company Programme through the NoralIQ website.
Development of Field will continue beyond today’s launch, with new features and improvements planned as NoralIQ continues working with businesses using the platform.
